Return Policy

REFUND POLICY 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items purchased using promotional discount codes or during sales are final sale and are not eligible for return. Please ensure you choose carefully (This policy does not include our welcome code).

We accept returns, exchanges, and issue credit notes for unworn, unused, and undamaged items with tags and its original packaging purchased at full price.

Eligible orders must be shipped back within 14 days of your received delivery. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

The purchaser is responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on international orders. Orders rejected upon delivery due to non-payment of these fees will not be eligible for refund.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Request a return ID number within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing us at info@luzzujewelry.com. Once you have your return ID number, complete the return form included with your order. Ensure the parcel contains the original invoice and the return form attached.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a return shipping method with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit. All returned items must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive your returned order, upon inspection, if approved we will refund, credit or exchange your order less all shipping fees.
